Appleby AA has recently acquired approximately 1.5 miles of fishing on the River Lyenett near Cliburn. This is for members only, no day or guest tickets or exchange tickets, and is for the trout season only.
This is a beautiful stretch of small river which holds just wild brown trout and needs to be stalked with care so as not to put spooky fish down.
Due to the size of this water the club is strictly limiting it to 2 anglers on any one day.
